Vice President takes over from Former Head of State Dr Hifikepunye Pohamba
WINDHOEK, Feb. 28 – The University of Namibia announced its new Chancellor, His Excellency Vice President Mr Nangolo Mbumba earlier today.
Mbumba replaces Dr Hifikepunye Pohamba, who’s term of Chancellor came to an end in November 2017.
“The official handover by the outgoing Chancellor will take place on a date to be announced in due time,” according to a statement released by the University. – NDN Staffer
