Leaked DBN document not yet finalised

WINDHOEK, 01 AUG – The Development Bank of Namibia says an internal document of the bank that was leaked on social media, is not final.
A media statement issued by the bank on Wednesday said the document titled, ‘Skills Based Lending Facility for Youth’, is purely an internal working document.
The document which circulated on WhatsApp is a proposal for a new facility for youth entrepreneurs in their respective fields of education.


“It is subject to further discussion and consideration,” the bank clarified.
The statement said if the facility is approved, the bank will make a formal announcement in the media.
