FNB Rock n Run on this Saturday

WINDHOEK, Feb. 20 – The fourth FNB Rock n Run will take place this Saturday, 24 February 2018 at the United Sports Grounds in Windhoek. FNB Namibia is the main sponsor of this great family fun event and this year N$10 of each ticket paid for by an FNB Debit or Credit card, will go towards the FNB Happiness Store which in turn supports deserving individuals and charities in Namibia.

Elzita Beukes, Communications Manager at FNB: “This event has been a success from the beginning and it has grown in popularity and offerings over the past years. FNB Namibia will also award a prize for the best dressed, and another N$ 500 each for the male and female winner of the 5km run.”

Fun and entertainment is guaranteed with bands performing live along the 5km and 10km route, and other enroute activations include slime, foam, giant inflatables and colour powder. At the venue participants can enjoy the Bakers Kids area, food village, Windhoek Draught beer garden, Dodgeball and numerous fun competitions. Artists who will perform on stage after the race include Kurt Darren, Goodluck, Jay and an 80’s DJ. For the kids, a puppet show at 14h30 and the famous Lollo’s show at 15h00 will ensure that young and old enjoy a great Saturday of fun and games.
