Nairobi, Aug. 8 -– At least 21 million Kenyans are expected to cast their votes tomorrow to elect Kenya’s 11th president after 10 years of rule by retired Uhuru Kenyatta.
William Samoei Arap Ruto (born 21 December 1966) is currently the Deputy President of Kenya since April 2013 and is the favourite to win elections, according to many political experts and international media.
On 15 March 2022, Ruto was endorsed by United Democratic Alliance (UDA) as the party’s presidential candidate for Kenya’s presidential elections tomorrow August 9, 2022.
Youthful Rutto (56) is viewed by many Kenyans as the champion and hope for the majority of poor Kenyans and he is also endorsed by the majority Kikuyu tribe for this election.
