REHOBOTH, 08 APR – A case of suicide was reported to the Rehoboth police on Sunday after a 26-year-old man hanged himself in the Block E residential area of the town.
Namibian Police Force Regional crime investigations coordinator for Hardap, Deputy Commissioner Eric Clay on Sunday told Nampa the body of Nizchell Katou Sponden Kastoor was found hanging from a tree with a rope around his neck around 00h50 on Sunday.
Clay said no suicide note was found and the next of kin of the deceased have been informed about his death.
An inquest docket has been opened for investigations to continue.
