During their performances, they were also selling raffle tickets aimed at assisting in their fund-raising for the upcoming World Choir Games.
This choir has represented Namibia already in Europe, United States of America and in South Africa, and has received many Gold Awards. Their aim is to return to Namibia as World Champion in the selected categories, although they need to raise the necessary amount of money required for their travel, accommodation and upkeep.
The “COTA Youth Choir Namibia Raffle 2018 Ticket” is N$50, while they are also selling their CD. There will also be opportunities to donate any amount or to support their upcoming concerts in Windhoek as the choir does not receive any financial support from the Namibian Government/Ministry of Education, Sport and Culture.
