SPYL pays tribute to late Ondonga King

Ondangwa, APRIL 8 – Over the weekend, Swapo Party Youth League (SPYL) Secretary General Ephraim Nekongo led a delegation to Ondonga Paris at Onamundungo village to pay tribute to the Late Immanuel Elifas Kauluma the King of Ondonga who was also Chairperson of the Council of Traditional Leaders in Namibia.
Nekongo, who delivered a condolence message on behalf of the SWAPO Party Youth League, said that Swapo Party Youth League recognized and will always reflect on King Kauluma’s dedication and rich history.
“We will celebrate the legacy he leaves behind.”
Members of the delegation included the Deputy Minister of Public Enterprises, Hon. Veikko Shumba Nekundi, MP, Hon. Paula Kooper, Governor of Oshana Cde. Elia Irimari, Governor of Kunene Cde. Marius Sheya, SPYL NEC & Central COMMITTEE members.
Nekongo thanked the entire rank and file of the SWAPO Party Youth League, “You have once again displayed a highest level of solidarity and respect” he concluded.
Kauluma finally succumbed to a long illness on March 26 in Onandjokwe hospital. – firstname.lastname@example.org
