WINDHOEK, Oct. 9 — Nedbank Namibia recognized its most dedicated employees in a special ceremony on Wednesday, October 4. In an industry characterized by constant change, the commitment displayed by these long-serving employees reflects the institution’s values, culture, and enduring relationships. The intimate event took place at the bank’s headquarters in the capital, where 37 employees were awarded certificates of service for their dedication, with years of service ranging from 5 to 25.
Martha Murorua, the Managing Director of Nedbank Namibia, expressed her heartfelt appreciation for the enduring contributions of each certificate recipient. She stated, “Congratulations to all the award recipients; we anticipate many more years of this blessed journey. We recognize your immense value as integral members of this business.”
Bianca Muller, Nedbank Namibia’s Executive for Human Capital, also addressed the gathering, saying, “Today is a special occasion as we publicly acknowledge each of you for your unwavering dedication to Nedbank Namibia throughout your years of service.”
