He was received by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah at the Hosea Kutako International Airport.
Masisi is expected to meet with President Hage Geingob at State House for bilateral talks.
He is accompanied by Botswana’s Minister of International Affairs and Cooperation, Vincent Seretse and Minister of Transport and Communication, Kitso Mokaila.
This is Masisi’s first international visit as President of Botswana.
The courtesy visit follows the recent swearing-in and inauguration of Masisi on 01 April 2018 as the fifth president of Botswana.
