REHOBOTH, 08 MAY – A 17-year-old girl arrested for possession of drugs in Rehoboth’s Block E residential area on 21 April, made her second appearance in the Rehoboth Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
The accused, whose name cannot be revealed as she is underage, appeared before Acting Magistrate Jennifer Steyn.
She was arrested after Rehoboth Police officers confiscated 250 small parcels of cannabis worth an estimated N.dollars 16 000 from her during a police search.
The matter was postponed for further investigations into the matter to continue, and she is due back in court on 22 May 2018.
She was released into the care of her mother.
