Oranjemund FC flying high in ||Kharas Second Division Coastal Stream

REHOBOTH, 21 MAY  – Newcomers to the ||Kharas Second Division Coastal Stream, Oranjemund Football Club (FC) collected maximum points from their two games played during the weekend scoring 10 goals in the process.
In Week 4 of matches played, Oranjemund FC hammered Men United 4-0 on Saturday through goals by Frans Pelle George (2) and Valentino Prince Ndashaala and Alexander Isaacs scoring one goal apiece.
They then defeated Aus United 6-1 on Sunday with four goals from George and one each from Lisias Toko Nekwaya and Carlton van Wyk.
Oranjemund FC coach Lesley Marenga on Sunday said they are happy with the games played so far.
“We targeted four points and got six points. We are happy to be part of the league and the boys keep learning during each game and implementing 60 per cent of what we want, so there is room for improvement,” Marenga said.
He said they hope to get to 100 per cent implementation of their training by the second round fixtures.
“Credit to Men United and Aus United for giving us a run for our money. We have started preparing for Novanam and Atlanta Bucks FC already through asking our neighbours, Mountain Rangers, what to expect from them,” Marenga remarked.
