Swakopmund, July 8 – The officer in charge of Tubusis Police Station, in the Erongo region, warrant Vilho Hamulwa, was reported missing on Tuesday morning.
According to the report by Inspector Ileni Shapumba Hamulwa allegedly travelled for official duties to Walvis Bay and has not returned to his duty station in Tubusis up to today.
“He was driving a white Toyota bakkie, with registration No. Pol.9836 from Tubusis to Walvis Bay for official business but up to today, his whereabouts are unknown.”
He was seen in Walvis Bay on Tuesday morning and he was last seen in Arandis that same afternoon.
Shapumba said, the officer’s cellphone is off and the public is therefore urged to assist in tracing his whereabouts.
