WINDHOEK, MARCH 12- Once upon a time, Irimari Kaulifewangali Elia stood in front of students, opening their eyes a they sought to achieve their destinies. Now, he has been catapulted to the position of governor of Oshana Region by president Hage Geingob. Elias had served as the Ondangawa Urban Councillor in Oshana Region.

Elia’s reign begins from 18 March 2019 until 18 March 2024.
