NEW YORK, Aug. 24 — Oil prices went down on Monday. The West Texas Intermediate for October delivery lost 2.05 U.S. dollars, or 2.35 percent, to settle at 85.01 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Brent crude for October delivery dropped 2.22 dollars, or 2.35 percent, to settle at 92.17 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange. (Namibia Daily News / Xinhua)
