Ricardo Gustavo, a suspect in the Fishrot case who was granted N$800,000 in bail by a High Court judge in December of last year, will now return to prison after the Supreme Court today upheld an appeal against his release. Sylvester Mainga, Dave Smuts, and Elton Hoff, the judges of appeal, revoked his bail and placed him in detention.
