WINDHOEK- A 20 year-old man was on Friday arrested for allegedly kidnapping and raping a 15 year old girl in Oshana region.
According to police crime report issued on Tuesday, the suspect locked the victim inside the room.
“The victim was found locked inside the room of the suspect after the mother reported her missing to the police,” read the report.
It is alleged that the suspect had sexual intercourse with the victim.
In related news, an 83 year old pensioner, a resident of Gomxab-naus area in the Hardap Region, was allegedly raped by a 26 year old on Saturday evening.
Both suspect has been arrested and police investigation into the matters continues. – NDN Staffer
