Former Okahandja Councillor Steve Booys will again appear in the Okahandja Magistrate’s Court tomorrow on the case in which he is accused of raping his own daughter.
Booys applied to be released on bail while the State Prosecutor is objecting thereto, stating that his case is very serious. It was stated that it is highly likely that he would abscond and releasing Booys on bail will defeat the end of justice.
