WINDHOEK, July 28 -– Since the announcement that Nigerian star Burna Boy will be coming to perform in Namibia, celebrities, socialites and music lovers have been gripped by a ‘Burna fever’.
An excited former Big Brother Africa winner Dillish Mathews took to her social media platform on 27 July 2022 to learn that the long-awaited Burna Boy gig will be a reality in Namibia.
“Thank you for the wait, Namibia! As promised Burna Boy will be in Namibia!” Mathews announced.
Burna Boy, an international artist, was supposed to perform in Namibia in 2020 but due to the COVID-19 outbreak, his show was cancelled.
He will now perform in Windhoek on 25 September 2022 and fans who had already bought advance tickets and did not claim a refund can still use those tickets for this show.
“Previously purchased tickets are still valid and honoured,” Mathews added on her post.
