Chinese mainland’s 1st test-tube baby becomes mother


BEIJING, April 15 — Zheng Mengzhu, Chinese mainland’s first test-tube baby, gave birth to a child Monday morning, according to the Peking University Third Hospital.

On February 25, 2008, on the occasion of the celebration of 20th anniversary of the first test-tube baby’s birth, Zheng Mengzhu, the first test-tube baby holds a four-month old test-tube baby. (Xinhuanet.com)
