WINDHOEK, Sept. 15 – Earlier today, Namibia sent its under-20 team to participate in the womens under-20 African Cup due to take place in Johannesburg,South Africa.
The games will start on Sunday and end next week Friday. The team will seek to emulate the form of the Namibia women’s national team, the Gladiators, who destroyed Botswana recently in the Cosafa Cup currently underway in Zimbabwe. The Gladiators will face tricky customer Banyana Banyana this afternoon in Buluwayo. – NDN Staffer
