WINDHOEK, 31 May 2022 – A student at the Nust campus in Windhoek has just recorded campus security retraining a thief who had just stolen a cellphone from another student. The thief tried to escape in a taxi but was sprayed with pepper spray by the security team and apprehended. – Namibia Daily News
