WINDHOEK, December 17 — Nedbank Namibia recently hosted its annual Long Service Award Ceremony at the Nedbank Campus in Windhoek, honoring employees who have achieved service milestones ranging from 5 to 35 years. The event celebrated the invaluable contributions of staff members to the bank’s growth and success.
The ceremony brought together employees, executives, and special guests in a heartfelt recognition of loyalty and excellence. Awardees received certificates of appreciation and personalized gifts as tokens of the bank’s gratitude for their dedicated service.
In her keynote address, Nedbank Namibia Managing Director Martha Murorua expressed profound appreciation for the awardees. “It is truly an honor to stand before you tonight, in celebration of one of the most significant gatherings on our calendar—the Nedbank Long-service Awards. Murorua also highlighted the significant role employee feedback has played in shaping the bank’s initiatives. “In recent years, some of the most impactful changes—ranging from the introduction of the campus wellness facility to the implementation of our Staff Banking Department—were inspired by Nedbank employees,” she noted.
