WINDHOEK, MAR 4 — The most sought-after cup on the European Continent and perhaps second only to the FIFA World Cup in terms of prestige, the UEFA Champions League Trophy, will arrive in Namibia on March 7 in the capital Windhoek to provide fans the chance to get closer to the iconic trophy.
Namibia Breweries Limited will host the exclusive Trophy Tour event on Thursday.
According to the organizers, the 2018/19 UEFA trophy tour will visit Namibia, South Africa, Mozambique, Nigeria, Indonesia, China and the United States.
Heading into its 12th year, the trophy tour has reached 31 countries across Africa, Asia, North and South America. – NDN Staffer
