Walvis Bay, Aug. 29 — A 53-year-old man was arrested for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl at a house in Sweer street, Narraville, Walvis Bay.
According to a police report, the suspect invited the victim to his house to wash dishes for him. After she was done washing the dishes, she allegedly went to his room to inform him about it.
The suspect pulled her by her arm, threw her on his bed and raped her.
He threatened her not to tell anyone about the rape.
The suspect is expected to appear in Walvis Bay court on Tuesday.
