REHOBOTH, 10 APR – The Khomas Second Division Round 11 matches played on Sunday produced 24 goals, with Eleven Champions Football Club scoring seven goals against Java Java.
Log leaders Kingston defeated Namib Colts 1-0, while Namib Eagles and City Boys played to a two-all stalemate.
In other matches played on Sunday, Swallows and Namibia University of Technology (NUST) played to a two-all draw and Young Ones hammered Impala Chiefs 5-0.
Rassap defeated long-time campaigners Golden Rivers 3-0.
After 11 rounds of matches played, Kingston top the log with 27 points, followed by NUST and City Boys with 24 points each.
Swallows and Young Ones complete the top five with 19 points each.
The last five places are occupied by Java Java in 10th place with 11 points; Golden Rivers in 11th spot with seven points; Falcon in 12th place with six points; and Impala and Namib Colts in 13th and 14th places, respectively with four points each.
The first leg of the league will conclude this weekend.
