Fit City Namibia state of the art Gym.

WINDHOEK, 26 APR -Simba Ruzvidzo, the founder of a well-known Gym in Windhoek, Namibia started the idea of owning his own gym while working at the University of Namibia in 2012.
Ruzvidzo started with out – door training where he trained his client outside. Not long ago, he secured a training place at Windhoek high school. Due to the demand of his clients in terms of numbers and the need to grow his business, a state of the art Gym was then established.

He employs eight permanent Namibian employees who work on a full-time bases. Some work in the administration department and some are trainers who run the training process of the gym.

The Gym has 100 members who each gets a personal trainer as this is the core concept of the gym. Fit City is the first of its kind in Namibia;  a functional based Gym. The gym focuses on making sure that their members are fit and they are able to run for instance 5km, do cycling, fit movement without any difficulties.

The Gym also focus on its members physical and mental fitness.
Due to the Gym’s excellent services, professionalism of the trainers and the entire Fit City Gym, the Gym have recruited some of Namibia Celebrities such as Maria Nepembe, Big Brother Africa winner Dillish Mathews, NAMAs and Chanel O award winner Lazarus Shimi known as Gazza and NBC presenter Pombili.

Simba Ruzvindzo, the founder and owner of Fit City said the Gym’s Success was brought about the great attitude of his staff towards the members and that the relationship with members is not a client-relationship based but, it is leans more toward a family-like relationship.
The Gym has state of the art equipment, and the founder plans to open up some more branches in the country in the future.
